Orders and Shipping
At this time, OAF Nation ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We also ship to Australia, Canada, Germany, and Japan.Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible and for this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at help@oafnation.com letting us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.
We will do our best to change the shipping address before it ships. If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. From there you will be able to track your order on the relevant carrier website. If you did not receive a tracking number via email, please check your spam folder. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, please reach out to us at help@oafnation.com. We would be happy to help you!

We accept the following forms of payment:
All major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, VISA)
International credit cards (billing address entered at checkout must 100% match your credit card's billing address or your order will not be processed)
Apple Pay

Paypal

If the zip code on the billing address and card information field don’t match, our system will not accept your order.
Here are a few solutions that have successfully fixed the problem:
1. Place the order again with the same card but double-check the billing zip code and the card's CVV code.
2. Use a PayPal account
3. Use a different credit/debit card
If you make a transaction in a foreign currency, you will be charged a non-sterling transaction fee of 2.99% on the transaction amount. If you use your Card to withdraw cash abroad a cash fee of 3% of the withdrawal amount or £3 (whichever is greater) will be payable in addition to the non-sterling transaction fee (definition taken from Google.com).
We are not responsible for Non-Sterling Transaction Fees, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay this fee.
The Highbay Subscription
NOVEMBER 2017 BEING OUR INAUGURAL MONTH, WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE AS MANY MEMBERS COULD ENJOY A SHIRT BEFORE CHRISTMAS, SO WE ARE EXTENDING THE CUTOFF FOR DECEMBER’S SHIRT TO 11:59PM EST DECEMBER 4, 2017. MEMBERSHIPS INITIATED AFTER THIS CUTOFF WILL SHIP AT THE END OF THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY.
FROM DECEMBER 5, 2017 ON, THE CUTOFF FOR JOINING WILL BE THE LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH, AND YOUR PACKAGE WILL SHIP THE FIRST WEEK OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH.
EXAMPLE: IF YOU START YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEBRUARY 2, YOUR FIRST SHIRT WILL SHIP AT THE END OF THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH.
ONCE A MONTH.
FOR MONTHLY PLANS, YOUR FIRST MONTH IS BILLED AT CHECKOUT. YOUR FUTURE PAYMENTS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED ON THIS DAY OF THE MONTH EACH MONTH OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP. FOR ANNUAL PLANS, 12 MONTHS OF MEMBERSHIP ARE CHARGED UPFRONT, AT CHECKOUT.
