SEOUL (Reuters) - South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and Vietnam's new leader, To Lam, held talks by telephone and agreed to strengthen strategic cooperation in comprehensive areas including defence and high-tech industries, Yoon's office said on Tuesday.
