STOCKHOLM  -  Estonia summoned Russia's charge d’affaires in Tallinn on Monday to lodge a protest after a Russian MI-8 helicopter violated Estonian airspace near Vaindloo Island in the Baltic Sea, Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said.
