
Biden issues pardons to protect from Trump reprisals, statement says

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden on Monday issued pre-emptive pardons for General Mark Milley, Dr Anthony Fauci and members of the Jan. 6 congressional committee and witnesses, saying they "do not deserve to be the targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions."
