Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days from the day the item was released from production. Products are made to order. The shipping fee will be included in your final bill, unless it was waived due to a promotion/sale. I wore this raincoat all over western Europe this spring. The zipper started getting tough to use and didn't pull up as smoothly as it did before regular use. I rode to pdx airport in a rainstorm on my motorcycle. I began feeling wet around my armpits and down my arms. Then my chest area was cold as well. Arriving at the airport I took it off and found my torso wet right down the zipper area. I continued to wear it after that until the zipper pull broke off while trying to unzip it. I contacted customer service about it thinking there would be some sort of warranty but I had left that window long ago. To clarify I purchased a different color pattern but see the same hardware being used on the same items.
I haven't had the opportunity to wear it yet, except for a short rain shower, but I think I'm going to like it. It seems to be made of high quality material and the rain rolled right off it. I love the pattern and the fit. I would definitely recommend it to potential buyers!
